100cuci lists roulette in its live casino category (checked 3 November 2026). We could not verify the wheel types or variants on offer, so this page explains the standard rules and payouts. Check the table's rules panel before you bet.
Roulette bets and payouts
| Bet | Covers | Payout |
|---|---|---|
| Straight up | 1 number | 35:1 |
| Split | 2 numbers | 17:1 |
| Street | 3 numbers | 11:1 |
| Corner | 4 numbers | 8:1 |
| Six line | 6 numbers | 5:1 |
| Dozen or column | 12 numbers | 2:1 |
| Red/black, odd/even, 1–18/19–36 | 18 numbers | 1:1 |
These payouts are calculated as if the wheel had no zero. The zero pocket (and the double zero on an American wheel) is where the house edge comes from.
European, American or French: why the wheel matters
| Wheel | Pockets | House edge |
|---|---|---|
| European | 37 (0 to 36) | 2.70% |
| American | 38 (0, 00, 1 to 36) | 5.26% |
| French with La Partage or En Prison | 37 | 1.35% on even-money bets, 2.70% on the rest |
The maths is simple. On a European wheel, a straight-up bet wins once in 37 spins on average and pays 35:1. If you bet RM1 on each of 37 spins, you get back RM36 (RM35 winnings plus your RM1 stake). The house keeps RM1 of every RM37, which is 2.70%.
On an American wheel, the five-number bet (0, 00, 1, 2, 3) pays 6:1 and has a house edge of 7.89%, the worst on the table.
Why Martingale doesn't work
Martingale means doubling your bet after every loss on red or black, so one win recovers all losses and leaves a profit equal to your first bet. It feels safe because it wins a little, often. The problem is losing streaks.
| Losses in a row | Next bet | Total already lost |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | RM10 | RM5 |
| 3 | RM40 | RM35 |
| 5 | RM160 | RM155 |
| 7 | RM640 | RM635 |
On a European wheel, the chance of losing seven times in a row on red is about 0.94%, or roughly once in 106 sequences. On average you win RM5 about 105 times (RM525) for every time you lose RM635. The table maximum will also stop you from doubling indefinitely.
Other systems such as Fibonacci, D'Alembert or Labouchère don't change the 2.70% house edge on each bet either. A system only changes the pattern of wins and losses, not the average amount lost.
Before you play live roulette
- Choose a single-zero wheel if both are offered.
- Check the payout table on multiplier variants. The ordinary straight-up payout may be lower than 35:1.
- "Hot numbers" and on-screen statistics are only history. The wheel has no memory.
- Work out your expected loss: RM10 a spin × 200 spins = RM2,000 wagered. At 2.70%, that's an expected loss of about RM54. On an American wheel (5.26%), about RM105.
- Set a limit before you play and stop when you reach it. See the responsible gambling guide.
